Seniors

As this year’s Senior captain may I welcome you to our prestigious and friendly club. Rothley Park has a thriving Senior Section comprised of gentlemen between the ages of 55 and 80+.

In addition to the main club competitions (see the Men’s section) there is a roll up on Mondays and Wednesdays every week, which allows any club member to participate. During the winter months other fun events are also organised, such as High/Low Am/Am’s, 6 Club Challenges, Eclectic and Foursomes Knockouts, etc. The main summer season also includes many friendly but competitive matches against other local clubs.

May I take this opportunity to inform all potential club applicants, who may now or in the near future qualify for a “Senior Status” within the club, to consider joining the Seniors as a way of obtaining regular weekday social and competitive golf.

From personal experience, I can guarantee a very warm welcome to any new member who will find joining the Seniors section provides a fantastic way to spend your retirement years on the course!
